Due to my increased weight, I have black and darkened neck, underams and inner thighs. My elbows and knees are also very pigmented. Is this an indication of any serious condition? I'm very concerned. Please help guys!!

Do you have irregular period, hirsutism - male pattern hairs on face like upper lip etc.? You might have insuline resistance which could be due to PCOS also. But to confirm it, you have to consult a gynecologist and also do certain investigations. It's a lifestyle disorder and you have to work on your lifestyle. Increase workout/any form of exercise at least for 45 minutes daily, if you have sedentary lifestyles. Also dietary changes. You can consult a dietician for that. Make it fast, because it's gonna affect your periods and hence your fertility in future. Take it seriously and start working on it. It's a alarming sign.

I understand your situation dear but never restrain yrself from the freedom of expression. u cannot starve yourself thinking about what others may feel, try to opt for healthier versions but dnt resort to not eating or starving urself

So, now I would like to know what's your story that motivated you to self embrace. And no cheating, keep it raw ladies ;) Here's mine. There was this time I felt totally low about my body, like it was a mess of imperfections. Then, I had this lightbulb moment—I needed to start treating myself better. So, I started small: eating better, getting some sleep, and just giving myself a break. Those little acts of self-care. They totally changed how I saw myself.
