I feel so insecure about my fat and heavy arms. I feel that they make me look ugly. I always feel that someone around me will make a comment on them if I ever wear anything sleeveless. How to boost my confidence? Any advices please? 🥺😔

I heard something pun-ny today and wanted to share. It goes like- "I told a friend that I'm getting more chubby, she said no don't say that you're beautiful. I was like yeah, duh. I never said I was ugly. I just said put some gains on. " It really had me because today fat is considered a bad word but really it's just defining the type. Fat cells are components of the body. Chubby can be beautiful too. Any thoughts ???Share here!
