Hello everyone!!my periods got missed for 15 days .. consult with doctor she gave me Nodart 5mg ..told me after 3 days period will come ...so anyone is experiencing the same thing ..abd how much days regulate cycle after stopping the medicine
Missing period by few days or weeks is seen due to many reasons. The commonest causes are hormonal imbalance /PCOS/anovulation. Thyroid hormone deficiency or high levels of prolactin hormone also can lead to delayed period. Just taking progesterone tablets may not lead to menstruation. Correcting underlying issues are equally important. Hence a Gynecologist should be consulted for proper evaluation and treatment.

Women look after their family members very well. But they neglect their own health. They require balanced diet including millets, legumes, sprouts, green leafy vegetables, fruits, milk etc. This ensures good health, glowing skin and hair. Amino acids, iron, vit C and zinc are important to strengthen immune system which in turn is vital for fighting various infections.
