Yes, these are some symptoms, but there are possibilities that you might not have any symptoms for some days still you have STI. In some cases symptoms appear after window period just like in HIV infection. Some infection may remain silent and will make trouble to your partner/when you become weak on immunity level, they will start appearing. Women may experience the following symptoms also: Burning or itching in the vagina A discharge or odor from the vagina Pain around the pelvis Bleeding from the vagina that is not normal Pain deep inside during sex Sores, bumps or blisters in the vagina, anus, or mouth Burning and pain with urine or with bowel movements Having to go to the bathroom often warts/skin tags around genitals Some STI can give you cancer also like HPV infection. So never underestimate STI. whenever you have any of these symptoms, always consult with gynec or Sexologist. Get yourself tested If you have multiple partners always use precautions(condom/ female condom).

Hi there, Yes, PCOS is likely to affect your sex life, as it may lower your libido. This is probably attributed to mood swings, weight gain ( sometimes), irregular periods, absence of ovulation which can affect the way you perceive sex. You may not feel like engaging in an act because of the hormonal roller-coaster your body has been experiencing. Hence, you as Doc Frank mentioned, you need to have an open conversation with your husband, and explain things to him, accordingly. If this doesn't help, it's best to see a therapist who would help you in understanding your emotions better :) he/she can explain the same to your husband as well. I hope this helps:) take care.

Are your periods regular? If yes, then download any ovulation monitoring app. It will guide you about unsafe period. Unsafe period means period in which possibility of pregnancy is more. It will be mostly from 10 -20 th day of cycles. Tell him to use condom or avoid sex during these days. If your partner have full control on ejaculation, then you can try for pull out method. He might not be ready to use, but you have to force him to use condom. Because if pregnancy happens, then you will have to abort the pregnancy. If you don't want to suffer, make him use it atleast during unsafe period

Hormonal contraceptives affect all women differently. The main premise is to prevent pregnancy while regulating your hormones to suppress ovulation. Most women may not have any effects while on the pill and can continue to take them until and if she decided to have a child. And many women do get pregnant within a year of stopping the pill. For some women, after stopping the pill they may notice irregularities in their cycles, due to the suppressed regulation of natural hormones cycles. Periods may also be scanty. Women may also struggle to ovulate naturally, if they have been taking the pill for a sustained period of time. To know your long term goals of contraception it would be best to talk with your gynecologist before taking them.

A few things that have worked for other women: - Regular exercise, with some light stretching during their periods - A warm water bag/bottle - Resting whenever they can - Reducing inflammation-causing foods - Staying hydrated - Sleeping well at night

By talking with your gyenecologist. To understand if this is truly caused by hormonal fluctuations your doctor will have to identify which hormones are affecting them. You may have to make some lifestyle changes, which include some form of regular exercise and a more natural diet. A dermatologist may also be a great consult to help with skin and hair changes you may notice with hormonal fluctuations.

The female Pelvic floor has 3 openings Urethra, Vagina and Anus. Pelvic floor dysfunction may include Urinary leaks, urine urgency and incontinence. Leaking urine on coughing,sneezing, laughing or lifting weights is known as Stress Urinary incontinence. This is not normal, it may be very common but is not normal. I've been going through a rough time lately with anxiety and depression. I am just 21 and it's scaring me. I've been experiencing some itching and infection after my first sex, though penetration couldn't happen completely so I am still a virgin as it was too painful for me but it was unprotected. Then I consulted a gynae on 1mg, she prescribed some medicines and vaginal suppositories, but it hasn't completely healed. That was my first and last sex experience to date as it was on 20th Jan. But recently again I'm facing the same issue after I masturbated 2 days before. The discharge is creamy pale white. Any suggestions on how to heal this completely?
Instead of consulting online, you should consult a gynec for offline consultation. As it was a unprotected sexual attempt chances of STD are more. Though it wasn't complete penetration, still it was a exposure dear. If you have started these symptoms after try, then you should tell your partner about it and tell him to take treatment though he have any symptoms or not. Because he also might have infection. So also needs the treatment. You have pain at that time so no penetration happened. This condition is called Vaginismus. Due to hesitation/anxiety/ fear your vagina gets lightened and try of penetration will becomes painful/penetration becomes impossible. For this condition you have to consult your Sexologist for proper counseling and treatment. Or every next try will increase fear and you will loose interest in sex. So don't ignore.

I think I feel most stressed when there is less time and more to do and your work will be judged like there will be a social display of it โฆ. And I wasnโt aware of it untill recently however I organise , prioritise and just do it and once done , it relief however within the process I am a lil cranky and do feel like there can be more support from familyโฆ.. however I guess in a normal circumstance I end up doing everything for them & me to save time hence I have not made that a consistent Habitโฆ. Hence I suffer during crisisโฆ.
