ideally it works on an allocation logic which is 100 - your age should be invested towards equity now any form of equity you can invest... all the three option comes under equity so you can divide according to your risk taking appetite!

The cost of education is rising like anything. Recently one of schools in Hyderabad was in the news after it raised its fees to 3.7 L pa. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think a strict rule should be imposed on schools? How will we parents bear this high cost of education? How much are you paying for your kids?

Totally! Education & extra curriculars are sub par to the hefty fees levied. Parents scumb to paying heavy fees and also supplement with additional tutoring support as the schools are under staffed, etc..

Do not start adjustments, keep youself 1st from the beginning itself. The moment you start adjusting, it wont take long for it to become your habit and people around you will start taking you for granted. Don't worry about negative comments. Just be selfish. You are a bad person anyway, whether you adjust or not. So better not to... 😉

Hi..can anyone explain clearly about ppf scheme?is it central govt scheme??can we invest in SBI?

Yes ppf is a central government scheme . It gives interest of 7.1% . It's lock-in period is for 15 years . You can invest in it through any bank or even through post office. Min amount per year is 500 and Max is 1.5lakh .
