I was watching TV the other day and I am that kind of a person who rarely watches TV. And one thing that I realized while doing so was the fact that all the advertisements that were being broadcasted on TV advertised about oads. Different companies are advertising in unique ways about how their pads are better than others and how they can make women feel comfortable. But what came to my mimd was the fact that none advertised about menstural cups which are a much more better, comfortable and hygienic option for women. Same goes for Youtube as well, all the ads we see are of menstural pads and not cups. The menstrual pads are a high selling products.. any company will want to sell more of what is already selling .. menstrual cups are relatively new they will take more time for adoption by the masses. Its a simple P&L concept for the brands

Try castor oil, it has worked wonders for a lot of people i know. IAlso now you could check with a dermatologist for medical treatments like PRP etc

I recently visited Delhi. And was just wandering around for some fun after my work. So, I was with my mum and we saw a girl (not from India) with beautifully parted hair in two vibrant coloura of black and cherry red. She was looking stunning. Me and mum were just awestruck just when we heard an auntie saying -"haaye, kaisi lag Rahi hai, ekdum chudail jaisi" . It was so demanding thing to say. Imagine if she were Indian she would have heard this, understood it and then would have criticised India once again in her natural existence. I mean, I felt bad that why her hair colour is concerning her?

The most horrifying way of portraying a woman wrong is making her feel dumb and insecure for feeling in a certain way. It's often said-" Aeyy, why you're feeling this way, this is wrong, you're wrong, you shouldn't be stressed" Like why ?? It's her heart that says things . Heard my cousin brother ask my brother about her ‘item’. Confused right?? The item he was referring to was Girlfriend. He was asking my brother abt his girlfriend. Men think it is fun to refer to women this way and call them by these cheap nicknames or code words that they keep. I believe they don’t have guts to call their womens by their own names. Women should be called by their names not item, chammak challo, etc. We have names given to us by God and our parents and those who don’t wish to accept that can move on. Right girls?? Objectifying women for entertainment is normal in the world we are in so men think its ok to call women item or maal or anything else.. it is so sub consciously embedded in the minds of men that they don’t see anything wrong in it.. i think bringing this up with them is important to make them see the problem in calling women such names. Absolutely 💯. Pyscosumatic pain it's called.. I hv coached a lady whose MRI reports were all good 2 times! still she would experience head aches and neck pain etc. One needs to practice meditation to calm the mind. and of course coaching also helps!

Most patterns in our life are repetitive and once we become observer of our emotions thoughts feelings we can start seeing them objectively and addressing them eventually with awareness. I listen to Dr joe dispenzas guided meditations and that has helped be get better at becoming more observant of whats going on inside my head
