controlling emotions feels very important when we feel the control of my emotions is with someone else. so the actual effort is understand where does the control lie really. with me or with the other person. at the base of it all is clarity of who I am and loving and respecting what u discover when I was in the process mentioned above..I felt I would never reach a point when I wouldn't feel hell helpless... but yes its possible. one requires to work on self so get to know urself better,treat urself better. and all the best dear
