The winter chill has wrapped its icy fingers around my focus, making studying a challenge. The lure of cozy blankets and hot cocoa competes with textbooks and notes. As I attempt to decipher equations, the allure of snowfall outside distracts my thoughts. Each page turned feels like a battle against the winter daydreams. How do you manage to stay focused during the winter season?
Winter give us an opportunity to slow down and relax. Spend quality time at home with family and friends. And to introspect what we want in life. Journal your thoughts. Implement in the new year.

I wanted to share something personal that I've been grappling with lately. The weight of family expectations can sometimes feel like an overwhelming force, causing mental stress that's hard to articulate. In our lives, we often encounter a roadmap laid out by family expectations. While these expectations are rooted in love and concern, they can become sources of immense pressure. Lately, I've been feeling the strain, trying to meet the standards set by my family and, in turn, feeling the toll on my mental well-being. It's essential to recognize that many of us face this challenge. How do you cope with the mental stress caused by family expectations?
We have two ears. For entry and exit of words and information. Please try and make your filters strong. Make your own road map. Be independent in your thought process. Take charge of your life and wherever and whenever necessary speak for yourself. Justify your thoughts. If you will suppress your thoughts and emotions, you will harm your mental health. Speak up for your true self.
