Hey @Drkalpana my daughter is turning 9 and I know it's time that she might be having periods anytime. I'm feeling a bit clueless about how to talk to her about periods. She hasn't been so friendly with me as I have always tried to teach her things that she didn't like. Now I want to talk to her about periods, so that she gets necessary information and gets comfortable with sharing such personal things with me. How should I Start this topic without getting stressed?
