I have been working in this field for a couple of years and have over 600+ hours of therapy and have seen amazing and satisfying outcomes. I have worked with clients suffering from Obsessive compulsive disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Marital Conflicts and infidelity, Exam stress, Family issues and many more other mental health problems. I use different Therapies and techniques according to your needs. I am nonjudgemental, empathetic, trustworthy and patience in nature while dealing with my clients . being in the education field day by day it is becoming more difficult to pass each day as a normal school day. parents threatened and complain for the smallest of things no fault ever being of the child! it's so depressing at times. it's as if people are trying hard to change not just the person but the day to day running of the school am I the only one feeling like this?
Hey! I can understand as one of my colleague is also a teacher and she also complains about the same thing but just know one thing it's not your fault. Our education system and parents expect each child to go the moon while not releasing the real potential of the child and thus make unrealistic expectations which not only put undue pressure on that child but also teacher. so it will be good if you talk to the parents directly and even nowadays schools are hiring counselor for aptitude test of each child so parents know the exact potential of their child.

Apko ptha.... whenever Im feeling depressed or anything is not good in my day to day routine I just lovento go for shopping and buy everything and like in mall .. is't the best healing for me to get over from a bad mood or a tiff ,any kind of thing happening in my family which is making me sad so shopping is the best way to appreciate yourself to keep a smile on your face ,in front of everyone and it feels so relax when you unbox the things you shop today and I am full now and tell me what kind of things you do when you are sad ???

It's a good activity to go for shopping whenever you feel sad it is working for you as a coping but do you think it will work for long?or do you want to get a better understanding of your emotions and problems so that you can find other budget friendly solutions.

Angel message: Imagine how difficult it is for you to change. Your parents have asked you to do things and you have conveniently ignored them.. Your partner or sibling is supporting you to change and bring consistency in your life but you choose to give up everytime.. Your best friend has given you the same advice a 1000 times but you don't seem to listen.. How difficult it is to change and give yourself a new life..expecting others to change is also unreasonable. It is equally difficult for the other person to change , so stop complaining. First work on yourself, then point a finger at the others. #angelmessage #message #divineguidance
