People out there are struggling with self esteem issues and and peer pressure and my question is how can we help one another ? Women need to be there to fix another women’s crown and not break it but the opposite is happening. Why can’t we be there for one another we are of the same blood we are human and we are women . Lifting each other up is important and lately I just feel so blah that women really can be outright mean. #bekind #women #strength

Ugh I have had a tough night with zero sleep and can’t catch any sleep even when the baby is sleeping I’m way too anxious ! Is this frustrating or what ? Will this phase come to an end ? Will it get better ❤️🩹 hmmm I feel guilty for feeling so but I’m just so exhausted and wish I could get some real rest . Moms out there if you have been through this how did ya’ll cope ?

My baby is just 7 weeks old and he has super sharp nails I m meant to trim them but how ? I’m scared the nail cutter might hurt his soft skin and I might accidentally hurt him . People suggest biting the baby nails off but to me that seemed a bit not so hygienic, what are your thoughts ?? Any knick knacks
Use baby nail scissors or a soft nail file for safety. Trim while the baby sleeps for minimal movement. Be cautious, and if unsure, ask for help from a family member or professional.

Is it ok if you co sleep with your baby ? I don’t want to put her in a bassinet or crib ? Is it too risky ? Please share of you have Co slept and the pros and cons to this , I’m a new mum to be and would really appreciate all the help 💐

Everyday I wake up with a thought that to will be a great day , but everyday is a mess I’m tired of tried to find a little life in my mundane lifestyle and I end up harrowing my self with tons of work I need a break I know that but I just can’t take leaves as my boss is well let’s just say Creula devil 😈 it’s like my mind is on fire and I’m going to have a break down pretty soon a bad one to . My toddler thinks she’s a witch with super poets and wants to where that costume everywhere ? It was a rainbow for the first few days but not getting out of that costume even for bedtime is becoming difficult any suggestions would help , also has anyone experienced this with their kid ? 🧒

My life is taking a toll after my break up And I feel I’m slipping into depression and anxiety 😥 the thing is my family doesn’t believe in mental illness it’s a taboo for them … I’m thinking to see a therapist without their consent and need to know it that’s ok ? Do dream catchers really work for babies ? My baby suddenly wakes up to what I think are horrid nightmares screaming monster monster and I just don’t know what to do , I have tried light music to reading bedtime stories and I’m stuck on how I can help her more , kindly give in your suggestions. Have you come across situations like this ? What was your remedy ?
You can read your baby good bedtime fairytales so that there are no monstrous thoughts and dreams while he sleeps ❤️

There is something beautiful to look for each day , maybe not something big but something small like little butterflies fluttering and chasing each other as the sun rays gleam upon them , the flowers slowly and swiftly swaying to the beat of the breeze and those early morning dew drops on leaves . My father I. Law and mother in law were caught going through my room and my wardrobes without permission and I was not ok when I asked them they were like we lost a card and were searching for it !!!!! But why here ? I didn’t know what to say but was honestly pissed off at the situation and it’s disturbed me ! It’s happened twice and I’m not ok ! I’m going to lock my cupboard 🔐
