So my question is that why do you wanna conform to the societal expectations. You look, wear and dress according to your choice and preference and not what society expects one to. Even after 10 years society will always be expecting something out of you. so just don't care about it. Do what you like.

Is it really possible to have good relationship with a husband who and the family has superiority complex, who disrespects wife , who makes himself look good , he just treats me badly…. It’s 15 years and we have 2 kids …. I restarted working thinking I l be able to take my mind off this and ofcourse to gain some self respect & identity but then at the end of it I feel so empty now of love , friendship and respect which is needed at the end of the day after your work ends …. what on weekends…. It’s me or it’s true …. It’s becoming so hard mentally to deal with these disrespectful issues
Its good that you started working now. As you are already giving so much to your family feel proud about yourself. Once you start working it will change the existing mindset of your husband and family. Think positive, you have given 15 important years of your life to this family. If you will think of leaving them, it will be difficult for you also to live without them and what impact will you leave on the kids mentality? I just hope that ur kids are behaving well with you.

I am a new mom of a 3 month old boy.. I feel so helpless, stressed and extremely anxious all the time... I miss my old life terribly. I feel as if I have nothing in common with my pre-motherhood life and have been forced into a shell which is extremely isolating. I have minimal family support. Even though I have 2 nannies for my kid, I am always on the edge. I dread his nannies taking leaves coz I know I won't be able to survive even for a day without them. I want to handle my kid independently as much as possible but I m too dependent on his nannies I feel. sometimes I feel I am just an inch away from a nervous breakdown.
Hey baby mama, firstly you have brought a life into this world and just by voicing it out, you truly have taken the first biggest step towards becoming your better version. And of course, this was a major transition in your life from being a carefree awesome sexy woman to putting your through pregnancy and it's fluctuating hormones to being responsible for another human's life full time. First step is accepting this transition baby mama. You are a different woman now, explore this new woman and find your strength and confidence in this new woman. I'm sorry to say by u need to let go of your old self as that's never coming back. Treat that as a break up with old self and love this new version of you. Try this exercise - write down 10 things you are grateful about everyday, it can as small as I'm thankful to have a bed. This is not miracle treatment, start doing it everyday, consistently for one month, you notice the shift that happens in your thinking. I wish happiness and love.

better start working and take help of baby sitter to take care of kid , so it might help you to reduce stress level

Recently I have become a mom of a girl. I am obviously very Happy and proud of myself for giving birth to such a beautiful soul. While I am enjoying motherhood and cherishing each moment spent with her I am also experiencing several changes in my mood such as getting irritated or anxious or emotional. I don't know if it is just baby blues or I am experiencing some problem. Do you think that I need to take therapy? Pls guide me
How long has it been since you delivered. It’s very natural to feel low and mood switches post delivery. However if it goes beyond a few months please speak to your Gynac. If she brushes you off pl take a second opinion. Speak to friends or family who you can be vulnerable with. Therapy is completely a personal call. If there’s no one you trust with your vulnerability then the pray may be a decision you can lean on. Listen to your heart about yourself .. esp after becoming a mother our intuitive senses are getting cultivated and are very strong.. use them to your benefit .

I have learned to practice self care. That includes eating healthy, no drugs/alcohol, exercising like taking walks or whatever you choose, journaling , volunteering your time, if you are into prayer/meditation that can be helpful. When you take care of your self it can have tremendous effect on your emotions. Also if you are suffering from bad depression please seek medical attention. Don't suffer in silence. what are something that can help get out of depression for those who have it bad sometimes?
Depression needs professional help....medication and therapy....there are several ways to Self heal but it doesn't work to deeper levels

People out there are struggling with self esteem issues and and peer pressure and my question is how can we help one another ? Women need to be there to fix another women’s crown and not break it but the opposite is happening. Why can’t we be there for one another we are of the same blood we are human and we are women . Lifting each other up is important and lately I just feel so blah that women really can be outright mean. #bekind #women #strength

Hello, did you try finding the reason that why they are not happy with you? Did they tell you or are you assuming it, because kids this age act little rude kind. It would be a good idea to have an open talk with them and if they are angry, find a silution for it together. Do this separately for both kids. Love to you Mommy

My life is taking a toll after my break up And I feel I’m slipping into depression and anxiety 😥 the thing is my family doesn’t believe in mental illness it’s a taboo for them … I’m thinking to see a therapist without their consent and need to know it that’s ok ? I can’t eat or sleep and life is twisted I need help and my parents won’t understand which’s adds to me being low

We have to concentrate on things which are healthy for our mind and soul. Find the things that you are most passionate about, your hobbies and surround yourself with positive people. Take a healing, that will hugely benefit you.
