How many calories should one consume during intermittent fasting? Can you give some food options to feel full and not hungry?
you can don't count calories. When you eating you have to eating quality of food like healthy fat vegetables protein nuts seeds. One plate should protein any chicken fish egg. Another's side of healthy fat coconut avocado. And half of the plate with vegetables. That is your proper meal. After that if you want tea but without sugar. You can have milk basil ginger. But no any sugar
