Calories totally depends on your goal. Is this only for weightloss or other reason. One very important to keep fuller is to have adequate amount of protien and fat. Keep carbs to minimal and have healthier carbs like sweet potato or white rice. Keep away from processed carbs

you can don't count calories. When you eating you have to eating quality of food like healthy fat vegetables protein nuts seeds. One plate should protein any chicken fish egg. Another's side of healthy fat coconut avocado. And half of the plate with vegetables. That is your proper meal. After that if you want tea but without sugar. You can have milk basil ginger. But no any sugar
