Bahsettiğimiz diğer bir alan ise “Ekonomik Kaynakların Yeniden Dağıtılması” Kadınlar ekonomilerde zaten eşit maaşa, işe, toprağa, teknolojiye ve eğitime erişimdeki eşitsizlikler açısından dezavantajlı durumda olduklarından, adil geçişlerde cinsiyet eşitliğine öncelik verilmesi büyük önem taşıyor. Aksi takdirde kadın eşitsizliği daha da derinleşecek. İklim değişikliğini tersine çevirmek, kaynakların sömürücü ve çevreye zarar veren faaliyetlerden uzaklaşarak insanlara ve gezegene yönelik bakımı önceliklendiren politikalara kaydırılmasını gerektirecektir. Hükümetlerin, kadınların dayanıklılığını desteklemek amacıyla sosyal refah programlarına ödeme yapmak için en zengin kişi ve şirketlere yönelik artan oranlı vergilendirme yoluyla kaynaklarını artırmaları gerekiyor.

Dün annem ve arkadaşımla tamamen komik olduğunu düşündüğümüz için bu filme gittik ama filmin verdiği mesaj o kadar güzeldi ki… Hem kadın dayanışması hem aile birliği hem de erkeklerin de kadınlar kadar çocuk bakmada pay alması gerektiğini çok şeffaf bir biçimde işlemişler. Hem güldürdü hem bilinçlendirdi 🙌🙌

Renkler ve cinsiyetler… Aslında geçmişten gelen bir alışkanlığın doğurduğu kabul görmüş bir algıdan ibaret. Pembe giyen erkeklerin yargılandığı pembe rengin sadece kızlarla bağdaştırıldığı üzücü bir dünya içinde yaşıyoruz. Buna karşı gelmek hepimizin elinde ama nedense bir türlü başaramıyoruz 😔😔

Halbuki renklerin analizinde pembe renk sevgiyi mavi ise huzuru temsil eder, her iki cinsiyette de bulunabilir iki özellik ☺️
