Me and my partner (42) have been together for 15 years. Lately I have been noticing that he looks at young women we haven't had sex in 6 years what can I do now? @Aartichawla

I totally understand your situation. its tough. you see the psychology and psychology of men n women are very different. And physical attraction is an important part of a relationship to keep it intact. how about exploring a little bit about the reason why you haven't had sex for last many years. maybe it will give you an insight as to are you both into each other and how you can improve the intimacy. also don't hesitate to discuss it with your partner on the reason and possible solution to it. Remember, communication is the key.

I am 21 and I am unemployed unlike my friends they keep going on trips etc and I can't because I am jobless. they don't know that have think I just don't like them anymore. why do I feel so guilty. @AskAarti

i understand it's a tough situation for you. How about creating a clear boundary. set yourself in a safe zone where instead of going along with them, you decide a frequency like once in 2-3 months you will accompany them, rest of the days u will not. ( chose as per your situation and comfort) . and then it's equally important for you to communicate to them also . no one will feel bad and u will also know your plan basis your financial situation. another aspect is, since they r working n u r staying at home( not clear a mom or unmarried) u can look for women of your frequency and make new groups. it's important to evolve in friendships if things n not in your favour or make u feel bad. hope this helps happy to help Aarti 💕

woww that's a good news u are dreaming about studying abroad. go little deeper and ask yourself what's the fear. take a pen n write all of them n then see what can be done u will realise most of the fears are just imaginary and a few would be actual practical challenges. so be prepared for the worst and enjoy the best. hope it helps

dear anonymous I totally understand your situation as when the basic values n beliefs don't match, especially in a marriage it becomes very difficult. but it's not impossible. communication is the key. I suggest u sir with your partner n communicate what u want. u both may have to come to a middle ground. anything in your personal space, about your own private life, u can take decision basis your values, when it comes to family n common decisions u may have to communicate n make him understand n come to a common decisions. happy to help love Aarti 💕

dear Neha this comes from our inate need of being heard and nothing is wrong there. first of all don't feel guilty about it. next work on your communication a bit to learn the art of communication. sometimes it's not what we say, its about how we say that matters. also look into this aspect- were you heard when you were a child? of not work on that inner child you can book a 1 on 1 session to heal this child in you . happy to help

I was also going through office politics a couple of years back. so I understand your situation if you believe that you r right, you are doing justice to your work n salary, nothing can stop you. also i suggest take therapy and talk to your loved ones who understands you.
