how should I respond to body shaming?
Body Shaming is people's opinion and their outlook on how one must look like and you should not react to it. Rather respond in a more regulated way making them realise you are proud of who you are as a person inside out. And to come into that state of mind, where you don't get affected by people's judgements, you need to start working on yourself through healing and self work and also understand that the shame people are giving you is not yours. It's totally external. It's for their own pleasure and you don't need to take it to your mind. Hope this helps.
