It may be just your thought that they may not get your viewpoint. Try to talk with them in a very composed and positive manner that they will listen to you. After all they are family, and you need to talk and bring up with a solution. Just talk with an open mind and without doubt of getting rejected.

I don't want to sound like I know everything and I can advice your situation but trust me once you go and look at yourself close your eyes amd start saying this to yourself that yes everything that happened with me as I was destined to experience and it's good that I am one among them who goes through a lot of traumatic incident daily , I can relate them and make myself heal from the scar ...yes I can do it and seriously open your eyes say again taking a deep breathe that I give a damn to my past, I will live this life on my own terms...bas itna hi ☺️❤️🤗

Don't try to forcefully forget your partner, instead keep all sweet memories as future stock for remembering him. Don't run away from past, keep it as treasure. As for considering remarriage, it's a decision that should be made in one's own time and with careful consideration of personal readiness and emotional healing. It's okay to take as much time as needed before even thinking about remarriage.

By living a happy and beautiful life that they become so proud of you and would just leave their Orthodox thoughts aside. You can also talk with your parents in a very calm. and patient way, with expectations of they objecting you. But when you show that confidence and make them understand, they will relax a bit. But should never take arrogance or argument as a tool. Hope you will take this positively and work on this.

So first of all there's nothing as good daughter in law or a bad daughter in law. Maybe it's just you feeling this. However few things such as communicating and sharing stuff with each other is important, spend as much time with them as possible, hear their stories and tell yours. Go out on dinner, watch a movie etc.

Sometimes caring for your aged parents becomes difficult because it is a very tiredsome job as it requires you to treat them as you treat a child. Looking after their food, making them bath, changing diapers etc. But in midst of this you should find time yourself by taking small breaks whenever possible. maybe when they are sleeping in afternoon then you can relax or u can wake up a little early then they do to have a good cup of coffee and spend time with yourself. Another thing is to keep a maid or nurse who can help you with small things so that it is easier for you to manage

Self-doubts, self sabotaging thoughts, fear of failure are all emotions that we feel when we step out of our comfort zone. I started tapping into my inner rainbow after I got this huge breakthrough that all my negative emotions and feelings we have about ourselves are not mine, rather it's from people and situations I had come across in the past or our childhood trauma that we grew up hearing. Once i started working on removing this emotions through deep inner work daily, I started creating safety within me and the self doubts that pop up gets melted and vanish slowly. It's a process of expanding my nervous system and identifying my emotions and feelings associated with it inorder to shift my thoughts. It's an on going fun process and getting amazing shift already through this work. Success is totally internal and external factors are just an excuse. ❤️

I am someone who set goals in all 4 aspects of life -health, relationship, money and career. And then set a timeline and a plan of action to reach that goal. Doing a weekly analysis of my progress and making necessary shift in the action steps gives me so muchexcitement and the determination to stick with the goal without procrastinating. I believe in the process of reaching to our goal, creating that safety to accept our success and to not feel overwhelmed later is very important.

Why not? Is he married or divorced or single? What he thinks about you?Only first your need for decide certain things clearly about partner- you want just casual relationship or a serious one? If you are thinking about him as casual then don't get involved yourself emotionally. If serious then make it clear with him. Is he ready? After certain sexual encounters female get deeply involved in her partner, but not necessarily your partner thinks the same. So if things change, it will be hurting. Always be prepared for such things, especially if your boyfriend is married.
