Hii, Sleeping with your head pointing towards the south direction and feet towards the north is highly recommended in Vastu. It promotes deep and restful sleep and attracts wealth and prosperity

Hey, yes sleeping position as per vastu is important.. Various directions have various affects on us, on our health majorly, it can cure/create insomnia, it can create/cure indigestion, brain related issues and thenlist is never ending, but generally it is recommended that for kids it should be East and for adults it should be South.
