**Career Counseling for students is a community by Rashna Daruwalla and aims at enabling students to identify their best fit careers .****With a vision to partner with parents in helping them navigate the route for their child in reaching their career objectives. Encourage a one on one conversation with a student / parent to help them understand their strengths and weaknesses and get right guidance.****Community aims at creating a comfort zone for a parent or a child by sharing all that they feel, which helps in clearing all confusion.****Helping in understanding different perspectives from the parent and child view points and bridging the gap between parent and child. Understanding the students and parents background , aspirations , beliefs and then providing career guidance is what my community aims at.****Through discussions and right guidance we help move from CONFUSION to get CLARITY.**

Focus on Upskilling yourself. While Career Change happen, we usually feel low because we start thinking that we have to start fresh, but thats wrong...Look at the transferable skills of your current job profile and highlight it in your resume or in interview process.... Remember one thing you are the best controller of your career, Trust your skills ,Knowledge and Experience.

Hi! If you're self-assured, you're better positioned to do the things that are necessary to advance in your career. You're in control of how confident you appear at work. Use this checklist to build feelings of self-confidence and become highly valued at your workplace. Maintain control of your voice tone. Take scheduled breaks to improve creativity Use appropriate voice volume. Consider word choice. Use complete sentences. Monitor your emotions. Think before speaking. Stand up straight. Practice stellar personal hygiene. Practice power poses. Arrive early to work. Avoid leaving early. Volunteer for projects. Be honest about skill gaps. Ask questions and share your thoughts. Be genuine toward others. Use honesty when managing others. Be tactful to avoid offending others. Make eye contact when conversing (you can focus on space between their eyes).
