Hi I have been deprived of physical intimacy for past 7 years from my husband whom I have dated and got married initial 3 years were good after I have approached him multiple times and cried back alone due to rejection. he has given reasons like Chakra activation, bring spiritual, stress, lost interest in sex all together, my negligence towards health, I have believed defended discussed argued finally gave up and focused on normal relationship and love. during these 7 years he has cheated on me, I have caught him once heards rumors with a colleague and few months I saw he is tinder again caught while he was using it. now what to do I don't want to forgive him neither able to let him go may be due to length of time spent society norms and care towards him. I'm really battering every day.

Males always prefer variation in sex life and if they don't get it in their marriage, they search it outside as in watching porns, using dating app etc. So he might think that he is bored with his married life that's it. But in that case, you should neglect him and start concentrating on yourself. Love yourself and change your dressing style, hairstyle. Do enjoy outings with friends. This neglegance will hurt his ego. If you keep on beggin, he might not care, but If he really loves you somewhere, he will not tolerate that you are going close to someone else. Also see if your partner have any sexual problems? like erectile Dysfunction or premature ejaculation. Many times it's the actual reason why males run away from their partner or avoid sex by giving reason. He may have masturbation addiction developed after less frequency of sex for example like during your pregnancy/lactating period. If yes, you should talk to him convince him to take treatment for it from a good Sexologist
