"Lately, I've been feeling lost and questioning the purpose of life. I've achieved some of my goals, but I'm still not sure what the point of living really is. Has anyone else felt this way? How do you find meaning or purpose in life when things feel uncertain?
I am a first year student. I had an ex who was abusive to me. coincidentally we got admission in the same college. I see him everyday and he is happy and ignores me. but online he was showing few signs of missing me like using my name for his spotify profile and making playlists,putting a story on my birthday etc. I feel like I'm stuck. everytime I see or hear something about him I get anxiety attack. I can't breathe. I can't focus on my studies at all. what should I do?

Just started college and already facing some serious homophobia from my classmates. They keep making jokes and spreading rumors. I don't want to tell my parents yet, but this is starting to affect my mental health. Any advice on how to handle this?
