I have always liked the idea of a live-in relationship with my boyfriend. My parents are against this idea though as I am still 20. But I think its a good age to explore and live my life and I have been with my bf for 4 years(high-school lovers). What do you think ? How early is too early to move in?

I do think 20 can early, but if you feel you are financially independent and have thought some pros cons and your compatibility with your bf then you can go ahead,its more about safety and if you feel confident enough then no perfect age as such, and consensual and collaborative effort is all you need

I think if you both are comfortable then this is the right time to move in. As you said 20s is the best time to explore stuff. go for it. however have a conversation with your bf to make sure he's comfortable as well.

i mean it's better to have people especially parents approve things... but this is India they'll never be ready

At 20, we have a lot to figure out relating to career, family, relationships so it can get a little overwhelming as one thing can impact another as we explore all facets of life.

It's important to be financially stable at first to move into a new place. Moreover, it will be wise to have ab honest conversation with your parents and conveying it to them why you want to live in and why it's important to you.
