I feel that I experience FOMO every time I donât do something my friends are doing or every time I skip going out with them. And this fear has now turned into panic attacks and fear of losing them. What do I do, How can I overcome this?
Hi! Hope you are well. Imagine having dinner with your friends while everyone is enjoying their meal, but you are staring at the dessert menu. Doing this simply distracts you from the 'NOW' and doesn't let you enjoy what's right in front of you. This what FOMO does! Always distracting you with something else and not letting you enjoy the present. Collect your focus and bring it to the present moment. You will realise that by being in that moment you are enjoying yourself. You always don't have to do everything at once, but the ones you chose to do participate in them with your whole heart and mind!

Hello there, you know when you fly in a plane , you are instructed that in case of emergency first put on your oxygen mask before helping others. Similarly when you are yourself not relaxed, and fulfilled how can you take care of others around you? So self care is not a luxury but a necessity. Hope this helps you with looking at self care from a different perspective.

Similarly, we too need the water, sunlight and optimum temperature to grow, thrive and better our self. Self - Care does that for us. In your daily routine incorporate exercise, healthy sleep routine, reading, meditation etc. which ever suits you to strengthen your mind and body. I recently got rejected for a job I really wanted. This is the 20th one in the last 2 months and I am dejected. I graduated almost a year ago and prepared for CAT a few months and didn't make it so I started applying for jobs. How can I cope with rejection and move on?
As per a few online job application sites...the best time to apply for jobs is from the new financial year. A lot of people quit after getting the yearly bonus with March pay. JFM is the peak time for performance review, appraisal and raise calculation etc. You have the degree, you have the knowledge. Just wait for the right hiring period. Rejection during the time of rejection is no biggie. Don't get affected by that. Cheers and smile!
