Shreya and Rakesh have been dating for 5 years now. They both work in corporate at a good position. They both love and support each other. However recently Rakesh got promoted to a higher level. Shreya is definitely happy for him, however she is also a little jealous of him. Is it normal to feel competitive with my partner? Do u think that her feelings are valid ?

I think her feelings are valid. It's normal to feel a little jealous. However if there is love then there shouldn't be jealousy.

It happens! But healthy relationships are about teamwork, not a rat race. If you find yourself constantly comparing yourselves, it can damage the relationship. Talk it out with your partner and focus on celebrating each other's wins. Try to communicate as much as possible

Yes it is valid feeling and I think their is no wrong in it...jealous in good things is good from my beliefs.
