Higher salary or higher designation? Let me elaborate the question a little too. My friend, in a bigger company, is in a higher designation than me, but my salary is higher. Should I look for a higher salary or look for a designation hike?

Looking good for Valentine's Day is not only time-consuming, but it's also breaking the bank. On average, women spend about 30% more getting ready for a Valentine's Day date than they do for a regular date. Millennials are the biggest spenders when it comes to dolling themselves up for love, with more than a third (34%) estimating they spend 50% or more on their Valentine's date prep than a regular date, while only 19% of Baby Boomers said the same. What is your take on spending more on valentine's day?

Growing up, I always thought marriage was the ultimate goal. But as I got older, I realised that societal expectations shouldn't dictate my life choices. I chose to be single because I cherish my independence and freedom. I have a fulfilling career and a vibrant social life, and I'm content with my own company. Marriage isn't the only path to happiness, and I'm confident that I can lead a fulfilling life on my terms without needing a partner to complete me. Do you feel complete within yourselves?

Live-in relationship is still looked down upon in the country and girls who get into such a relation are viewed as being promiscuous by the society. And the fact is many Boys are not matured enough to understand the dynamics. A huge portion of boys get into such a relation Only and only for free sex. And I’ve seen a huge percentage of live-in relationships break off eventually, because at-least one side is not comfortable with this type of setup And the major mistake couples do is to not inform their parents, because informing them in the begining itself would be an assurance for future setup. Else the statement ‘Gharwale nahi manenge” would eventually take a toll in life and it could go any way. What's your take on live-in relationships?

I have learned that true empowerment lies in supporting and uplifting one another, fostering a sense of unity in our shared experiences. Yet, I wonder how can we amplify the voices of women who are often marginalized?

I'm profoundly grateful for my college – a guiding beacon through the labyrinth of academics and professional growth. The faculty's unwavering support feels like a compass, steering me towards success in the vast office landscape. Their mentorship transcends textbooks, offering practical insights that transform theory into tangible skills. As I navigate the challenges of internships and projects, their wisdom proves invaluable. How has your college experience shaped your professional journey, and what pivotal lessons have you carried from academia to the office realm?

In a world where perspectives shape societies, it's disheartening to witness the sidelining of female voices. Too often, our insights are overlooked, and our narratives dismissed. It's a collective oversight that robs us of a richer, more inclusive reality. As I reflect on this, I wonder: How can we actively amplify and integrate female perspectives into the societal dialogue? Have you encountered situations where women's voices were marginalized, and how did you navigate or address such instances?

Fix your Self doubt .,.... One develops self-doubt after adverse experiences. This could include traumatic events, toxic relationships, or painful memories. After going through a traumatic experience, an individual may have a hard time believing in themselves again or may have difficulty trusting themselves. Change your self-talk.
