Do you find discussing your health and periods easy with your friends? Our girl groups are the ones where we usually share our careers, partners, talk about marriage and even the future. But sometimes it may not feel like the most comfortable space to discuss our health concerns. Maybe for fear of judgment or even the burden of having to apply advice they give us, we may often shy away from sharing our concerns.
