Well, it wasn’t a very lazy morning today! But did you MOVE?
It is so important to move one's body daily or at least 4-5 times, a week :) It's great for overall health and well-being.

…And I CAN, so CAN YOU ! One thing that my weight loss and transformation journey ( after trying out a few fad diets too) is that what actually worked for me is being in calorie deficits. To be honest that’s what works with most diets too. They all put you in calorie deficit. Did you MOVE today? Here’s my today’s quick upper body workout that works on strengthening your shoulders, arms and core. Increase the reps if you have a little more time on hand and aren’t feeling too lazy. Finish the circuit with a nice stretching session. Don’t forget to move a little everyday ladies! #lazypeoplesworkout #quickworkout #upperbodycircuit

The above circuit is the fit test where you work for 60 secs straight and as many reps as you can manage within the 60 secs and 60 secs is your rest and you choose as many exercises as you want and whichever you like …. In this video I have on purpose included the last 3/4 reps of the set for some reality check 😊!!! This format is great to know your stamina, strength, endurance and how much is your actual capacity !!!!
