Hahaha, Chitra I feel you :) Kahin kahin dekha hua hai maine ke biwi ki dehshat hoti hai, magar aksar husband's apni wife ko dominate kar rahe hai hote hai. In my case, touchwood both of us listen to each other, and make sure to have a discussion in private, if at all we didn't like something. Whatever we see on social media may not be necessarily true, kabhi kabhi it's far from the truth 😂 unrealistic expectations and goals.

How to manage fitness when there is too much travel with like someone passed away sudden travel and then come back and there is wedding commitment so wedding prep work for self and family and then travel for the wedding…. There is no time for a mom to move then …. What do u do

I used to travel work wise .. most of the hotels had a decent gym, else i would go fir a walk, Do squats, floor exercise. wedding and functions yes i enjoy to the fullest... can be selective vin what to eat to a certain extent.. the next few days can be careful on the diet at home...

Have you girls watched Sukhee ???? It’s such a relatable movie and love the climax where she dsnt want to be with anyone and she just needs her own self and needs to discover her own talents and potential…. & when she feels respected she goes back to her husband on her own …. It’s just perfect where we are constantly taught to cling onto some relationship and not develop ourselves in every way socially, financially, spiritually, psychologically, emotionally, professionally… infact it’s exact opposite of that …. We are told to get married early so that we mould every way into our husbands home and his life …. Getting out & social and everything is all with husband and then on …. Infact there is a great lecture from Osho on marriage where men are trained to alone ( in the earlier days when they were sent to Gurukul) and develop themselves and women aren’t and then they get into a relationship and eventually this catches up with women after 40s that she has no identity , m totally for home making & being with kids it’s so important for what a woman can do to the house no one can however that needs to be respected & women need to find their own identity & that family balance & the families have to be supportive & with this new awareness we as moms can raise our girls & boys differently and also have a different set of expectation from our Dil s …. U agree ? A relationship with your own self is priority? #unstereotype

For me over the years I have figured company makes a huge impact…. U visit such places like parks , studio classes or gyms , make friends with people who love to work out …. The ambiance and people there are there for the similar mostly & also even if they give their 50 percent there it still helps for u to stay consistent and yes include strength, flexibility & cardio work, eat to nourish your body , don’t deprive yourself, eat what’s important for the body ur macro s like carbs, protein, fat , minerals, vitamins it’s important to consume that and avoid processed, refined sugar & maida ….. all these go a long way ….

Many of my clients train and train so well and regularly but then go back to eating to non supportive and non nourishing the body ways of eating , I urge you all to exercise and eat to energise your bodies , sleep well rest and recovery is super important to let your muscles recover and get stronger, try to aware of stress and learn means and ways to manage it!!!!
