Beslenme alışkanlıklarından tutun, suyu nasıl ve ne zaman içeceğimize, günün hangi saati ders çalışmanın daha iyi olduğundan tutun beynin uyku öncesi frekanslarına kadar, her şeyi biliyoruz. Her şeyi. Her şeyin doğrusuna vakıfız ama hakimi olamıyoruz. Çünkü bilgi önden koşuyor, idrak topal kalıyor.
