Sanat terapisi, düşünceler ve duyguları açığa çıkarmak, bilinçdışında olanı bilince getirmek için kullanılan bir psikoterapi tekniğidir. Sanat terapisinde terapist danışanla ilişki kurduğundan danışanın anlatımlarını, resimlerini, hikayelerini seans çerçevesinde yorumlar. Bizim yapacağımız buna benzemiyor çünkü seans yapmıyoruz 🤭 Biz bu köşede duygu sağaltınız sağlayacak, mini bilgilerle yaşamı renklendirmeye çalışıyoruz. Cânım kadınlar, ilk zeka ölçeklerimiz, sözel ve mantıksal zeka tiplerine ait. Bu zeka türleri ülkemizde çokça bilinen, sosyal bilimler öğrencilerinin, fen bilimleri ve eşit ağırlık öğrencilerinin de içerisinde yer aldığı, tarih, edebiyat, felsefe gibi dersleri, matematik, fizik , kimya, biyoloji gibi dersleri içeren, kişinin bu yönlerinin baskın olduğu zeka tipleridir. Bir sonraki gönderilerde diğer zeka tiplerini de göreceksiniz.
