انا باكل كويس جدا ومع ذلك بخس طول الوقت !! دي جمله بنسمعها كتير من حالات النحافه فقدان وزن مفاجئ بدون سبب اوقات كتير بيكون بسبب مشاكل فالغدة الدرقية وده بيغفل عنه كتير فالتشخيص او التعامل مع حالات النحافه حالات كتير بتلف علي دكاتره وانظمه غذائيه طول الوقت بدون اي نتايج وده لان التشخيص الصحيح للحاله محصلش❌❌ اذا عُرف السبب بَطُل العجب صح ولا اي!؟؟ لو انت بتخس بدون اي اسباب مع انك بتاكل كويس جداا لازم تبص علي اعراض تاني موجوده معاك عندك قلق وتوتر طول الوقت !! صعوبه في النوم!! خمول دايما وضعف فالجسم !! مستني اي عشان تتطمن علي الغده !! عكس ما كتير متخيلين ان زياده الوزن هي بس اللي بتقولنا ان عندي مشكله فالغده الدرقيه لاا طبعا زياده نشاط الغده كمان مرض معروف ومشهور عند اغلب حالات النحافه التعامل مع حالات النحافه بدايته الاطمئنان علي وضع الغده واذا اتأكدنا انك عندك hyperthyroidism زياده نشاط الغده لازم تعرف ان بدايه العلاج انك مع الادويه توقف بعض العادات اللي هتزود سوء وضعك الصحي منهم واهمهم واكثرهم انتشار شرب الكافيين❌❌❌ قهوة شاي صودا هتزود جدا من التوتر والقلق في حاله hyperthyroidism كمان منتجات الصويا تعتبر goitrogenic food هتزود معدل خروج اليود وبالتالي هتزود مشكلتك في حاله زياده نشاط الغده لازم نقلل استهلاك الاسماك❌❌ الدهنيه علي عكس حالات hypothyroidism لانها تحتوي علي نسبه عاليه من اليود وكمان كل الخضروات اللي منعناها مع حالات الhypothyroidism هنمنعها مع حالات hyperthyroidism لانها بردو goitrogenic هتأثر علي معدل خروج اليود ❌❌❌❌ لو انت عندك نحافه بسبب زياده نشاط الغده ابعد عن السكريات عكس ما كتير متخيلين انا رفيع واخد براحتي حلويات بالعكس هتزود نشاط الغده وكمان هتزود خطر اصابتك بمرض السكري ❌❌❌❌ منتجات الالبان كامله الدسم قلل منها ❌❌❌ اعرف حالتك عشان تقدر تحلها الاكل ليه دور مهم في كل حاله مرضيه والتداخل بين الادويه والطعام مهم جدا طبيبك يحذرك منه التغذيه مش بس انك تخس او تتخن التغذيه انك تتعلم ازاي تتعامل مع حسمك ومرضك صح ومتنساش #عيشهابالصحة ولو انت محتاج نتكلم اكتر عن امراض الغده خمول او نشاط اكتبلي تعليق تحت البوست ولو محتاج تتابع معايا شخصيا عشان تعرف اكتر عن احسن نظام غذائي تتعامل بيه مع وضعك الصحي اكتبلي تعليق ب ✔️ تم هتوصلك كل عروض

التعامل مع حالات النحافه بدايته الاطمئنان علي وضع الغده 
واذا اتأكدنا انك عندك hyperthyroidism زياده نشاط الغده 
لازم تعرف ان بدايه العلاج انك مع الادويه توقف بعض العادات اللي هتزود سوء وضعك الصحي 
منهم واهمهم واكثرهم انتشار شرب الكافيين❌❌❌
