صباح الخير مع حضرتك د مي وفا أخصائي التغذية العلاجية و السمنة والنحافة الصيام في الحمل بيقرروا دكتور النسا المتابع الحالة هل هي عندها نقص في فيتامينات و معادن مثلا فعندها انيميا أو ضغطها واطي أو محتاجة تاخد أدوية ضروري لأن كل ده حيزيد لو صامت لأن الطفل كدة كدة بيسحب احتياجاته منها و هي البتتقصر فحضرتك لو حابة تصومي صيام إسلامي فده قرار دكتور النسا لو حضرتك تقصدي صيام مسيحي فلا مش مناسب للحمل لانه في نقص فيتامينات و معادن و بروتينات و منتجات البان محتجاها الام لفترات طويلة و لو تقصدي صيام متقطع فبردو مش مناسب للحمل
