Zindagi With Richa is an effort to bring forth stories of people who can motivate us and inspire us become better humans, thus creating a better society. It is a celebration of the never say die spirit through real life stories.
After the Rakhi tying ceremony, for how long are we supposed to wear the Rakhi? Is there a specific time to take it off, or does it stay on until it wears out naturally? I don't want to offend anyone by keeping it on for too long or taking it off too soon!

As per the Hindu tradition, the rakhi thread should be removed eight days after Raksha Bandhan, on the day of Krishna Janmashtami.
