I deserve a raise, but I'm nervous to ask for one. I don't know if I have done enough but there has never been a complain about me. How can I negotiate my salary confidently?

If you feel that you deserve an increase in salary then you can communicate it to your senior. There's no need to be nervous about it. You will get it If you are deserved.
