What role does testosterone, as a hormone associated with muscle growth, play in female libido, and how can I ensure it’s in balance for optimal sexual health?

Testosterone indeed plays a crucial role in female libido as well as muscles building, though it is present in smaller amounts compared to males. It enhances sexual desire, arousal, and satisfaction in women. To ensure optimal sexual health, maintaining a balance of testosterone is essential. To maintain it effectively: *Regular exercise -45 minutes daily, *healthy diet along with garlic and onion, dryfruits- almond, kishmish, figs etc. *stress management, and *sufficient sleep 7 hrs daily can help regulate testosterone levels. But in females with low libido, only boosting testosterone or testosterone supplement doesn't always work like in males. Some other factors are also matter like her relationship with partner, her overall health - mental and physical, hormones, diseases like Diabetes/hypothyroidism or mental health issues or its medicines. So always better to consult with your Sexologist
