اعلا بيكي معاكي د نسمة ياسر أخصائية تغذية علاجية ممكن تجربي تدخلي الخضروات في وصفات مختلفة بتحبيها زي الفاهيتا مثلا او سلطات الدجاج و السلمون و كدة و جربي انواع جديدة و وصفات جديدة لحد ما توصلي للحاجات اللي تحبيها مش لازم تكوني بتحبي كل أنواع الخضار و الفاكهة هشان تخسي خلي دايما وجباتك متوازنة بين البروتين و الكاربوهيدرات المعقدة و الدهون الصحية و الالياف
