I have been diagnosed with scabies recently and I have never heard of this disease before. At first I thought that it is somehow related to rabies, but it's not. Can anyone please suggest me some treatment and precautions related to this particular disease?
I can imagine it's unsettling to receive a diagnosis of scabies, especially if it's unfamiliar to you. While scabies may sound alarming, it's crucial to tackle it swiftly. Typically, treatment entails using prescription medications such as permethrin cream or oral ivermectin, which are effective in eradicating the mites responsible for the infestation. Rest assured, addressing it promptly can help alleviate symptoms and prevent further spread.

How do people living outside India stay fit and healthy while all they eat it pastaaaa and lasagna and pizzas 🍕?? 🤔
Hi there, I hope you are well. -I'd beg to differ on this. -I'll tell you the reason why :) -I personally know many people who live abroad and live an extremely healthy lifestyle. - They eat on time, eat well balanced meals that include salads, sauteed veggies, soups , whole wheat crackers, roasted/grilled chicken, fruits yogurt, etc. Not just that, they are extremely particular about their workouts, they sleep on time, their screen time is minimal and they eat food without any distractions. - In some cases, where people eat pasta, burgers, lasagne, somehow the climate may favour weight loss and they are lucky to not put on weight. - However, the cases of obesity are on the rise even in Europe because of the consumption of packaged, processed, and ultra-refined foods. - As they say, the grass is always greener on the other side. - As Indians we are lucky to consume home-cooked meals. - So, not everyone living abroad is Hale, hearty, and fit provided they work towards being one ✨
