اول اشهر بعد الولادة هيا اهم اشهر للأم والطفل👌 بشوف امهات كتير بيكونو مستعجلين جدا علي تعافي جسمهم تماما ونزول الوزن في لمحة بصر .. عايزه تولد النهارده وبكرة يرجع جسمها زي قبل الحمل!! الموضوع بس محتاج شوية صبر واهتمام باهم فترة بتمري بيها ك أم❤️❤️ ✅ لازم تعرفي ان التغيرات الهرمونية الي عديتي بيها وقت الحمل مش سهلة ابدا .. وبالتالي رجوع الهرمونات دي لوضعها الطبيعي لازم هتاخد وقت💙 ولازم تدي فرصة لجسمك يتعافي ولرجوع جميع الاعضاء واهمها الرحم لوضعة الطبيعي في جسمك👌 و دي اهم النقاط الي هتساعدك تنزلي بطن مايهد الولادة 😍👌👇🏻 1️⃣ الرضاعة الطبيعية ليها دور كبير جدا لانها بتساعد علي استعادة الجسم طبيعته وبتزود الحرق و كمان بتعمل توازن هرمونات ف هتخسي وبطنك تنزل😍 2️⃣تغذيتك مهمة جدا لانها ببساطة هتاثر علي ايامك الجايه وشكل جسمك وكمان صحة طفلك لانه بيتاثر بيكي جدا حتي لو مش معتمد علي الرضاعة الطبيعية . و عشان كدة لازم تعتمدي في وجباتك علي البروتين والخضروات والالياف بشكل كبير ( وابعدي عن المعجنات ومنتجات الدقيق الابيض وكمان اي حوادق وحوارق ممكن تسبب تهيج للقولون ) اعتمدي اكتر علي الارز و المنتجات غير المصنعة في اكلك مثل الشوفان البطاطا الذرة كمصدر للنشويات 3️⃣ تمارين خفيفة او شويه تمشيه يعني الحركة عمتا هتساعدك تستعيدي جسمك قبل الحمل 😍 4️⃣ شرب السوايل مثل الشمر والينسون والحلبة هتساعد علي توازن الهرمونات ورجوع البطن لشكلها الطبيعي 😍 5️⃣ اعتمدي علي بذور الشيا والكتان لانها بتساعد علي توازن هرمونات الانوثة و هتساعد الرحم يرجع لطبيعته 😍 .
