Hi there, I hope you are well. Here are a few tips to overcome obstacles. - Make short term goals, and try to achieve those goals in a given time period. - Don't over exert yourself if you aren't able to achieve it in one go. - Keep your mind towards the goal, and make it an achievable and tangible goal. - Avoid comparing yourself to others, try and focus on you and your journey. - If not today, then, you will achieve your goals, in the coming days, every day is a new day to start afresh. - Meditate and it'll help improve your focus, and remain patient :) Keep the hard work going and don't stop!

To build confidence at work, take accountability of whatever you are doing at your workplace. Once you have done your work with full accountability that you should give your best then you will see the results accordingly. once you see the results, your confidence will be 4X

Not at all. I feel it depends upon a lot of factors. Slowly let in your daughter also in this decision and make sure sheโs also comfortable. If everyone is on the same page, then thereโs no harm!
