Hi there, I hope you are well. Here are a few tips to overcome obstacles. - Make short term goals, and try to achieve those goals in a given time period. - Don't over exert yourself if you aren't able to achieve it in one go. - Keep your mind towards the goal, and make it an achievable and tangible goal. - Avoid comparing yourself to others, try and focus on you and your journey. - If not today, then, you will achieve your goals, in the coming days, every day is a new day to start afresh. - Meditate and it'll help improve your focus, and remain patient :) Keep the hard work going and don't stop!
