You can incorporate these foods to prepare balanced meals for yourself. - Beans - Lentils - Yogurt - Flaxseeds - Citrus fruits - Amla - Almonds - Walnuts - Black raisins - Dates - Dried figs - Apricot - Green leafy vegetables - Olives - Avocado - Bell-peppers - Garlic - Ginger - Eggs - Berries - Sweet potato - Turmeric - Salmon - Mushroom - Herbal teas like chamomile, peppermint tea, hibiscus tea - Tofu - Ragi - Amaranth - Cashews I hope this helps, take care 🙂

Hi there, I hope you are well. The skin can age faster due to various reasons including the kind of diet you consume. Some reasons can be as follows - - Alcohol intake - Smoking - Don't sleeping well - Stress - Eating a diet with ultra processed, packaged, and refined foods. - Sugar consumption - Not drinking enough water. - Not applying sunscreen. - Digestive issues - Not exercising - Chronic conditions or health issues. How can you minimize it with the diet ? - Include fresh fruits, and vegetables to your diet. - Add nuts, seeds, fatty fish, avocado to the diet to reduce any inflammation. - Eat wholesome meals that are home-cooked, and avoid outside meals. - Keep a tab on your salt, sugar, and oil intake. - Incorporate enough protein to the diet in the form of lean meat, beans lentils, nuts, seeds, yogurt,etc. - Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water/day. - Avoid ultra processed, packaged, and refined foods. - Get good sleep, & stress less. Hi there, I hope you are well. -Previously,Herbal teas such as peppermint, chamomile, fennel, raspberry tea were considered safe. However, recent studies say that these teas can also have risky side-effects which is why it's best to avoid these as much as possible. - Herbal supplements may not be safe as supplements aren't regulated by the FDA and FDA treats these ad food and not medicine which is why it doesn't have to go through multiple clinical trials before entering the market. Hence, some herbal supplements can be unsafe and may contain potential allergens or toxic substances which may not be good for you or your baby. Just because it's termed herbal doesn't mean it is safe :) - Hence, I'd advice you against consuming herbal teas or herbal supplements during pregnancy. - Have your normal cup of tea of coffee in moderation, and please take supplements suggested by your gynecologist, only :) Take care ✨ all the best.

what opportunities i have from home for job? i have m.sc. degree in mathematics and b.ed. but my in laws wants that I should prepare for govt job only ..they not allow me for private teaching in school. what can I do for my financial independence from home ? being a home maker i am not happy because of age limit i have not too much opportunity in govt sector rather than pgt teacher. i can't take tutions even because my husband job is not in main city..so I can join any coaching institute for teaching .how can I be a financial independent from home ?
