Hi there, I hope you are well. The skin can age faster due to various reasons including the kind of diet you consume. Some reasons can be as follows - - Alcohol intake - Smoking - Don't sleeping well - Stress - Eating a diet with ultra processed, packaged, and refined foods. - Sugar consumption - Not drinking enough water. - Not applying sunscreen. - Digestive issues - Not exercising - Chronic conditions or health issues. How can you minimize it with the diet ? - Include fresh fruits, and vegetables to your diet. - Add nuts, seeds, fatty fish, avocado to the diet to reduce any inflammation. - Eat wholesome meals that are home-cooked, and avoid outside meals. - Keep a tab on your salt, sugar, and oil intake. - Incorporate enough protein to the diet in the form of lean meat, beans lentils, nuts, seeds, yogurt,etc. - Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water/day. - Avoid ultra processed, packaged, and refined foods. - Get good sleep, & stress less. Honestly this is a bad habit of mine that I don't look after my health.
Hi @docmfrank -Working out everyday or at least 6 times a week is what I dont miss out. - Also, my morning routine of having soaked nuts, and dates is something that I value a lot :)
