What is the 1 thought that stops you from taking a bold step in your relationship or career?
What if there has been no waste?? If the 4 years have been miserable, why put in more time to still get unfulfilling results? What is the 4 yrs, taught you more about yourself and now you know exactly what you need. If your partner is not giving it to you, maybe their sole purpose was just to teach you that. Time to make different choices

I have gained a habit of getting nervous when something comes suddenly to me be it related to normal things. I'm not liking this thing about me. What can I do to improve the situations that make me feel nervous? @Phoenix_Method_Coaching
When things come suddenly to you out of the blue, it’s called triggers. Usually triggers are emotions that we have not fully processed. All emotions are good for us and important to process. When it happens, name the emotion, note what triggered it. There is something there that needs to be processed. I can help you with this. To get through the day, just focus on 1 things at a time. Allow the pressure of multi-tasking to fade away. It’s important for your nervous system to relax first!

I find myself in a whirlwind of on-and-off feelings for someone special. There are moments of connection and then periods of uncertainty. How do I navigate these emotional fluctuations? Is it normal to experience such ups and downs in relationships? Seeking advice on how to understand and manage these feelings to build a more stable connection. @Phoenix_Method_Coaching
Yes it is ok to feel these fluctuations! We are emotional beings, we have different needs and wants. Knowing what you need from the relationship and how you like to feel connected, helps you to communicate that better. Remember, it’s not always about you giving to the relationship, it’s also about receiving. Believing what you see in your relationship is important too. If women don’t feel safe with their partner, seen or heard.. there is no smooth or loving relationship to discuss.

How can one cultivate a strong sense of self worth and confidence? Are there specific practices or mindset shifts that are recommended to overcome self doubt? @Phoenix_Method_Coaching
Hi Nadia, the usual barrier to self worth is rejecting a part of yourself, usually this comes with a lot of judgment towards ourselves. Because, we all live by a book of rules, which we have been told to live by or adapted too. Do you want to learn how you can changes these rules so that you can fully appreciate all aspects of yourself?
Answer
Loved your thought - From I can’t to Icon @Phoenix_Method_Coaching . What are some simple tools that we can use in our daily lives to build our sense of self worth?
Hi Vanshik, acceptance of who we are and realizing that judging what we do as good or bad needs to change. List down everything you consider “bad” about yourself, then accept it 100%. Start a gratitude journal and thank all of it.
