Answer
My husband has cheated on me. I have also forgiven. He stayed there for a few months now. But now again he avoids me. He is not interested in having sex with me. Neither does it give me any financial or emotional sleep. I don't understand what to do. He told me once that he was not interested in me. Abhi says yes but as always only with excuses. But she had feelings for having an affair. What should I do? But if I leave, if I leave you, I have a child.. I have a daughter.
Hi Sandy1290, this sounds like a very difficult situation you are in. i would like to know the age of your daughter, are you financially secure. Think about it thoroughly before taking any decision, is there anything why you are staying, and the pros and cons of staying. As for your husband, it might be difficult to change him if he has been doing it repeatedly, so don't have any hope on this. please take a thoughtful decision...my prayers are with you.
Answer
my husband chit me
This would be so tough on you. What you can do is build yourself emotionally, and talk to someone to sort out your feelings. if it is your family or friends, it is better. otherwise go to a counsellor, who can help you sort your feelings regarding this and help you move forward.
Answer
I don't want anyone to protect me.I am the centre of family.but every time there are someone for remember that you are weak and you need someone...............why
So there might be some actions of yours which are making the people around you think that way. Chin up, and think what it might be, maybe some decisions in the past which didn't go well. think about it. And nothing like your actions, which can change the opinion of others
Answer
what I should do when I feel cheated
Talk. Talk about it to the person your doubts, your feelings.
Answer
what should I do when I feel depressed
Whwenever you feel that you are having feelings of depression, try and divert your mind....by doing something that you love to do. Or you can try and breath deeply, thru your nose and exhale from your mouth. When you are little relaxed, analyse why the deppressive feelings came, what caused them and note them down.
Answer
Getting depressed day by day... What to do???
Reach out, to relatives you are close to,to friends, to therapists anyone who you feel might be able to help you. Talk to them. Keep yourself busy, find a hobby, start reading or just anything that interests you.
Answer
when someone is on my mind..is it true that am i also in that person mind
There is no scientific proof for this. But yes there are millions of posts which use the name of psychology to spread this myth. Just feels nice, but no truth in that
Answer
hi Team it's jeet here from India (hyd) rather doing all the cores at home and work.place gtg stressed out .guys help me out before it's too late
Hey Jeet, thank you for reaching out. Breathe girl, that is the mantra....in our everyday struggle to sray on top of things we actually forget to breath deeply, so please take a deep breath. Next would be to make a list of the chores you are doing at home and at work and prioritize, not everything needs to be done today, see what you can defer by a few days and what is actually not needed. And most importantly in this list a date with yourself everyday should be a priority. reach out further if you feel so.

I am a new mom of a 3 month old boy.. I feel so helpless, stressed and extremely anxious all the time... I miss my old life terribly. I feel as if I have nothing in common with my pre-motherhood life and have been forced into a shell which is extremely isolating. I have minimal family support. Even though I have 2 nannies for my kid, I am always on the edge. I dread his nannies taking leaves coz I know I won't be able to survive even for a day without them. I want to handle my kid independently as much as possible but I m too dependent on his nannies I feel. sometimes I feel I am just an inch away from a nervous breakdown.
Hello, congratulations on your little bundle of joy. What you are feeling is absolutely normal, your world pre and post pregnancy must be very different. Just take time to adjust to the baby, and give baby time to adjust to you. Slowly you will form a routine and things will ease out, just dont be so harsh on yourself, you also need time to heal. However do Keep an eye on the low feelings that you are having, and it would be better if you can journal the. This way you can easily see the pattern if things are going down and you need help.

This is the Sunrise today morning in my city Gurgaon, after whole night of rains and thunderstorms. So in our life also we face many moments where we are down and full of despair, but remember we also have the capability to rise and shine from any situation, just like the Sun. The nature guides you at every step with its own examples, all we need is to be receptive and aware. Find the strength within you, and rise & shine always

Happiness is something everyone is seeking, but few realize that it is in your power to create it every single day. The power to change your mindset in every situation is the key, when you can't change the situation. #happiness #drmonagujral #mindset #mentalhealth #livestressfree
Yes the key to happiness is inner change.

my husband is a drug addict, he drinks aLot, use to take brown sugar also. due` to this there are a lot of problems. i have a 3 year old child. nowadays we are fighting, he is always drunk. what should I do
Hi Neha, it is a hard situation that you are going through. Can you talk to your family or friends about this? aIt would be a good idea to consult them and a doctor and send your husband to a rehabilitation centre. The doctor would be able to take a better call about this depending on the level of addiction. I feel this would be necessary as then it can be dealt with otherwise at home and fighting about it will not solve thing. it will be very draining for you, and the child will be affected too. Take care

Would have you have accepted a partner who cheated on you?
Very interesting question. It depends on the person's core values, if one values loyalty as a very high, then having a person back in the life after he/she cheated would be not possible.

Apko ptha.... whenever Im feeling depressed or anything is not good in my day to day routine I just lovento go for shopping and buy everything and like in mall .. is't the best healing for me to get over from a bad mood or a tiff ,any kind of thing happening in my family which is making me sad so shopping is the best way to appreciate yourself to keep a smile on your face ,in front of everyone and it feels so relax when you unbox the things you shop today and I am full now and tell me what kind of things you do when you are sad ???
Hello there, this is a greay coping mechanism that you have, yes shopping and then unboxing does feel nice, relaxing and happy. But maybe you should explore some more options which would make you feel more complete and more relaxed like working on your mental and emotional well-being.

Angel message: Imagine how difficult it is for you to change. Your parents have asked you to do things and you have conveniently ignored them.. Your partner or sibling is supporting you to change and bring consistency in your life but you choose to give up everytime.. Your best friend has given you the same advice a 1000 times but you don't seem to listen.. How difficult it is to change and give yourself a new life..expecting others to change is also unreasonable. It is equally difficult for the other person to change , so stop complaining. First work on yourself, then point a finger at the others. #angelmessage #message #divineguidance

Recently got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I feel like I don't have time to work,do things I like and life in general other than diabetes. Anxiety has taken over me.
Hello, type 2 diabetes these days is very normal, and easily managed. and if you take control over yourself, it can be reversed too. so let go of the anxiety, talk to a doctor, who would explain you what it is, and get in touch with a nitritionist who can help you with diet. it is just a change in lifestyle and you will be fit as ever

i am mother of 18, 15 years old kids but they are not happy with m what to do
Hello, did you try finding the reason that why they are not happy with you? Did they tell you or are you assuming it, because kids this age act little rude kind. It would be a good idea to have an open talk with them and if they are angry, find a silution for it together. Do this separately for both kids. Love to you Mommy

don't eat this you will get cholesterol don't eat this you will get diabetes and don't eat that your BP will shoot ..all this has is too much to handle to the women of today, not following a normal healthy diet and following starving diets women are suffering
Unfortunately yes, this is a reality. The thing is that we women have to love ourselves unconditionally, accept ourselves as we are withh all our flaws and awesomeness. Once we are comfortable in your skin, you radiate a kind of aura that make others also accept you, respect you, and love you. Just do whatever feels comfortable for you and you body, mind , and soul be it eating ice-creams or chole bhature😃
