because you are going against the norms and that's a threat for many who follow the norms ..is it loneliness ? or a borrowed narrative and fears of those around you? will anyone be happier in a relationship but which is toxic? NO! also there can be some limiting beliefs which are affecting your relationship status

Women are often subject to this discrimination where they have to choose either their career or family. But my view is that why choose one when we can manage both. Just prove them that you can manage both without compromising on wither.

hi @Empowering Transformations with Nehaa Goyal I feel lazy most of the time i am 27yrs doing night shifts and I feel mentally also stress how to be active

hey! the reason you feel stressed is because due to the night shift, unfortunately you are working against the natural body rhythm which is to wake up with the rising Sun and Sleep with the setting Sun. Since how long are you in the night shift? the body has now gone into a coping mechanism where it is giving you signals to sleep when the body requires (which is at night) . Usually you may need two months atleast for the body to accept the opposite which is to sleep during day and stay awake during night.

It's tough, you know? Balancing work and family feels like walking a tightrope, and I often find myself feeling guilty for not being able to spend more time with my kids. hi when you say your health is getting spoilt...can you elaborate what exactly is happening? yes you may stop fasting if you feel that will help. while fasting the digestion process starts digesting toxins as food is not there to digest, therefore some do face acidity and head ache issues which subside after a while
