Did you know there various components of fitness and do you try and include them in your daily workout routine and how , do you manage it like twice week each or a combination class of 2 components or 20 minutes to each ??? What works the best for you women ??? Hi there, I hope you are well. A supportive partner would encourage you to do better in life, and will be happy to see you grow :) However, if that's not happening, then, it's better to have an open conversation about it with your partner in order to understand why he has been behaving in a certain manner. Yes, it can amount to toxic behaviour if despite having a conversation, he continues to behave in a similar manner. Sometimes, when a partner isn't able to do what he wanted to, he ends up making the other person( wife/partner/girlfriend)feel bad and tries to put her down even after she has achieved a lot in life. As if has been rightly said in the above comment, it is stemming from his insecurities. Talk it out to find a possible solution, and give him room to discuss his problems ( if any). Hopefully, you should be some improvement:) Take care.

I did experience the same situation what I use to do nowadays is that I give instructions to my mind that the present situation is not in my control as we can not go in someone's mind and change their mood so please remain balanced, and calm ...These moments will go eventually.... it's ok , it's normal... moodchange is normal ... Try these because only we have the power to control our mind and train it... Try for atleast 21 days
