Dear Coto-mates, I am seeking serious guidance on personal front. I was in a relationship and while I was out of town in December 23, I got to know about the sudden demise of my partner. As shocking as it was for me,I got to know about it 2 days after his demise. Y so? because we were just about to officially announce it to our families and friends in Jan 24. I am trying my best to deal with it and come to terms with it, but it's just not happening. I tried various things to divert mind like meditation, prayers, focussing on hobbies, work, meeting friends..but nothing seems to work out. I don't know what to do. it's been more than 2 months since this incident happened, and I am still not able to believe it. Can someone please guide me on how to come out of this phase! Every one is , no one in the world is without worry sweetheart , The moment we start thinking good , good things fall at place, Our thoughts are the reflection we get back , To achieve some goals in life one has to work hard & smart , Activiti 1 - take a paper ,on left side write your weaknesses & right side write down your strengths - sincerely sit alone ,analyse oneself which we never do , the answers are within . Activity 2 - again take a paper on left side write whatever u have achieved till date & what goals are pending , you will get all your answers as the left side would be higher I am sure about it . fo reply back 🤗
