Apne bhawnaye kisi trusted dost ya family member se share karein taaki aapko emotional support mil sake. Self-care pe focus karein, jaise ki achhi neend lena, accha khana aur regular exercise karna. Ek daily routine establish karein taaki aapko din mein structure aur purpose mile. Mindfulness, meditation, ya yoga practice karein stress reduce karne ke liye. Isolation avoid karein aur apne friends aur family ke saath connected rahein, chahe texts ya calls ke through ho. Stress ke sources identify karein aur unhe kam karne ki koshish karein, aur tasks ko manageable steps mein divide karein. Apni hobbies aur interests mein engage karein jo aapko khushi de sakti hain. Yaad rakhein, recovery time leti hai, isliye apne aap ke saath patient rahein aur chhoti progress ko acknowledge karein.
