دكتور هو نوع الرياضة بيفرق في كم السعرات الحراريه اللي بتنزل ؟
اهلا بيكي معاكي دكتور نسمة أخصائية التغذية العلاجية كل ما شدة التمرين تزيد intensity كل ما بيحرق سعرات اكتر

🙆 البريود هتجيلي يوم فرحي اعمل اي عشان تتأجل و متتزلش البنات الل مرت بكده تقولولي عملتم اي لانها بتتعبني و تغيرلي مودي🙆🙆🙆🙆🙆 تعديل* ي بنات انا بتكلم في الحبوب الل بتبهدل وشي بلس مودي بيبقى زفت يعني انا ممكن ابقى برقص في الفرح و انا بعيط خطيبي عادي اكيد مفيش مشكله فيه اما بالنسبه للتأجيل مش هينفع لاني اهلي و اهله حجزو القاعه و انا مكسوفه اتكلم ليفهمو زي ما فهمتو انه عاوزه أاجلها عشان سبب تاني 😂🙆
اهلا بيكي هل بتابعي مع طبيب نسا ؟ وهل هتاخدي وسيلة لمنع الحمل في اول الزواج ولا لأ ؟ لو كدا ممكن تتناقشي مع الدكتور في الطرق المناسبة ليكي وقوليله على موضوع تأجيل البيريود وممكن يكتبلك على اقراص منع الحمل المركبة وتبدأي تاخديها قبل الفرح بفترة كافية وتكملي عليها بانتظام من غير ما توقفي اول شهر، وبقيت الشهور بعد كدا هتمشي عليها ٢١ يوم منتظمة (الشريط كامل) وبعد كدا توقفي عشان الدورة تنزل وترجعي تستخدمي شريط جديد من أول يوم في الدورة تاني دا لو هتستخدميه كوسيلة لمنع الحمل بعد كدا ، لو بس هتستخدميه عشان الفرح يبقى هتستخدميه شهر واحد وتوقفي ولازم كله طبعا يكون تحت استشارة ورأي طبيب نسا بتتابعي معاه وتحت امرك في اي اسئلة🤍
